A lot of people selling physical products focus on the features of what they’re selling, but you can’t forget to bring in benefits and even their own personal stories about why they’re even selling that product in the first place. Customers want to know the benefits to themselves before they make a purchasing decision, and hearing your story helps them connect more to you, as well.
Understand your Customer’s Journey:
Customers look for products for a reason. Every part of your listing should be beneficial to the customer’s journey from showing up on Amazon to clicking on that buy button. By knowing how your customer is going to move through your listing, what they’re looking for, and how they prioritize information to helping them make final purchasing decisions, you can organize your listing in a way that leads them down the path of least resistance.
